How do I place an order?
To select a product, simply click on the item you wish to purchase. This will allows you to view detailed information such as descriptions, prices, and available variations (if applicable). After making your selection, you can add the item to your virtual shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. From there, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
Your shopping cart will display all the items you've added, along with the total amount due, including VAT.
Once you've finalized your product selections, click on the 'Checkout' button. If you already have an account, you can log in; otherwise, you can proceed as a guest. After entering your personal information, click the 'Pay Now' button. This will direct you to the payment provider to complete your order.
Upon confirmation of your order, you can track its status by logging into your account. Additionally, we'll ensure to keep you updated via email throughout the process.
I received incorrect products. What should I do?
Unfortunately, this is very inconvenient. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to fill out the to contact us through our contact form. We will then assist you further as effectively and promptly as we can.
Please ensure to fill out the form completely and don't forget to attach a your order number. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
If you order on business days before 8:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day, and you will receive your package in the next 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you live abroad, different delivery times apply.
I haven't received my package. What now?
It's possible that you place an order and your package doesn't arrive on the expected date. This could be due to various reasons, ranging from shipping delays to other logistical issues. If you haven't received your package, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check the Shipping Status:
If you've been provided with a tracking number, use it to check the status of your shipment. Sometimes, the package might be delayed during transit and arrive later than expected.

Ensure that you provided the correct delivery address when placing your order. Sometimes, an incorrect address can lead to delivery problems.

If your package was shipped via a courier service, reach out directly to the carrier to obtain more information about the status of your shipment. They may be able to provide further insight into where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.

Returns & Warranty
How do I return a product?
To return a product, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Kindly contact us via the following link to submit your return request. Our team will then get in touch with you and provide further instructions.
Do I have a warranty if I receive my product as a gift?
Yes, of course! The right to warranty depends on the terms provided by the manufacturer or seller, but typically, warranty applies regardless of whether the product is purchased or received as a gift. However, the key requirement is that the invoice must be in the recipient's name. As long as the recipient has the invoice in their name, they can claim the warranty.

Does Blend Beauty Pro have a physical store?
While we would love to welcome you in person, regrettably, we don't have a physical store at the moment. However, we're here to help with any questions or comments you may have.
