Shipping & Return Policy

You can return within a period of 14 working days after receipt of the products.

Return Process:

1. Email us at info@blendbeautypro.com to register your return. Please state your name, order number and why you want to return. To return use the following link to create your return label:

2. Prepare your product for the return journey: pack it well and firmly. Preferably use the shipping box in which you received your product(s) from us, provided it is in good condition. This minimizes the risk of damage to the contents. Do you not have the shipping box at home or is it no longer in good condition? No problem, use a different shipping box.

3. Send the package to a PostNL or Local shipping point near you.

4. Once we have received and approved your package, you will receive a confirmation email.

The shipping costs for returns are for your own account.

You will receive the amount of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) back.

You must return the ordered products in good and unused condition and in the original packaging. Opened articles that do not meet the above conditions remain your property. These items will be returned to you and the costs incurred will be charged.

Blend Beauty Pro cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at Blend Beauty Pro. Consider whether you want to send your shipment registered and insured.
